Shipping Policy

All shipments are sent in plain brown boxes or envelopes. No mention is made of contents unless required by customs.

Most orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days from receipt of your order. Orders will be shipped UPS ground unless expedited services have been chosen. USPS will be used for P.O. Boxes and military addresses.

If you choose to use expedited services, order must be received by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time to be shipped the same day. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. will go out the next day. If you need your order by a certain date, email us and we will try to make arrangements for your order to arrive on time.

During peak holidays, expedited shipping may be delayed due to heavy volumn. We will do our absolute best not to delay any processing of your order.

RavissantLingerie.com is not responsible for packages once in delivery. We can provide you with delivery confirmation so you can track your order.

It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country, state, and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held liable or responsible, nor will we issue credit if items are seized by customs of any country.

If applicable you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied upon arrival to your country. All additional charges for customs are your responsibility. As customs policies vary by country, RavissantLingerie.com cannot predict what amount these charges may be. You must comply with all laws and regulations as you are the importer of record of the country in which your are receiving product.

International orders will ship USPS Air Mail. We will do what we can to get the product to you, but you may have a problem getting your package through customs. RavissantLingerie.com cannot take responsibility for either the fees or release of your merchandise. If your merchandise is confiscated by your country's customs, we cannot be held responsible. All duties, taxes, tariffs, levied are the customers responsibility.
