Return Policy

Lingerie may be returned within 30 days. All items must be clean, all tags and bottoms must still be attached to garment. All garments must be in the same condition it was when we shipped them to you.

You must obtain a Return Authorization via email within 10 days of delivery. Email us with the reason for return, we will respond with an authorization number for the returned item. The customer pays for shipping fees for returns of unwanted merchandise. We will pay shipping for replacement on defective apparel. If garment has been worn or damaged, no credit will be issued. Thongs, panties, or g-strings that are attached to the garment must still be attached to the garment for health reasons. Return must be received within 30 days of delivery for credit. Only the price of the merchandise will be credited, not shipping fees.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

The following items are not returnable: costumes, latex clothing, body jewelry, hosiery, bodysuits/bodystockings, panties, thongs, g-strings, boy shorts/hot pants, specialty apparel, swimwear, clearance items, mens underwear, boas, gloves, opened packages, leather apparel.

All toys/vibrators are tested to insure they are working prior to shipping. This includes all items requiring batteries. This is to insure items shipped are working.

All toys, vibrators, dvd's, videos, books, and games may only be returned if the package has not been opened. Opened packages will not be accepted for returns. Packaging on product must be exactly as shipped. Use care when packing it for shipment, as damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.

No returns on: adult novelty items, gag gifts, edibles, liquids, intimate accessories.
